Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of websites, content, memberships, communities, alerts, tools, and related services offered by Delphi Trading, LLC ("Company," "we," or "us") through thedelphisignal.com and related Delphi Trading pages (the "Site"). By visiting the Site, purchasing a membership, or using the services, you agree to these Terms.

Educational trading information only

Delphi Trading provides educational and informational content related to markets, trading, options, stocks, crypto, trade review, and trading process. The Site and services do not provide individualized investment, legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for your own trades, orders, account settings, position sizing, risk management, and compliance with applicable laws and brokerage rules.

No guarantee of results

Trading involves substantial risk and is not suitable for every person. Past performance, examples, testimonials, backtests, screenshots, alerts, or trade discussions do not guarantee future results. You may lose money, including more than your original investment in some products or strategies.

Memberships, billing, and access

Some Site features or Delphi Trading services may require registration, payment, or membership access. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering or purchasing. If recurring billing is offered, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge your selected payment method according to the purchase terms shown at checkout.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account or password has been compromised.

Refunds and the 10 Trade Challenge

Refund rights are controlled by the specific offer terms shown at checkout and our Refund Policy. The current Delphi Algo Alerts 10 Trade Challenge allows eligible customers to request a refund within 30 days of purchase after taking at least 10 eligible Delphi Algo alert trades during the first 30 days and submitting the required records for review. It is a refund policy, not a profit guarantee.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site or services to:

• Violate any law, regulation, exchange rule, brokerage rule, or third-party right.
• Copy, resell, redistribute, scrape, or republish Delphi Trading content without permission.
• Share member-only alerts, community content, recordings, or access credentials outside your account.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, services, servers, communities, or networks.
• Attempt unauthorized access to any account, system, dashboard, channel, or service.
• Post or transmit unlawful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or harmful content.

Community and interactive features

The services may include communities, chats, comments, member forums, Discord channels, or other interactive features. You are responsible for what you post or send. We may remove content, restrict access, or terminate accounts at our discretion if we believe conduct violates these Terms, harms other users, creates legal risk, or interferes with the services.

Third-party services

Delphi Trading may link to or integrate with third-party services such as payment processors, brokerages, analytics providers, affiliate networks, email/SMS platforms, Discord, or other tools. We are not responsible for third-party services, terms, privacy practices, uptime, security, or decisions. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their separate terms and policies.

Intellectual property

The Site, alerts, text, graphics, videos, recordings, software, training materials, trade-review content, and other Delphi Trading materials are owned by or licensed to Delphi Trading and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to access purchased or free materials for personal, non-commercial use only.

Testimonials and examples

We may present testimonials, screenshots, trade examples, or member comments in sales and marketing materials. These examples reflect individual experiences and selected source material. They should not be treated as typical results, a promise of future performance, or individualized advice.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or services at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, failed to pay required fees, abused support or community access, or otherwise harmed the services. Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the Site, alerts, content, services, or third-party integrations will be uninterrupted, accurate, complete, timely, secure, error-free, or appropriate for your particular goals.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Delphi Trading and its affiliates, owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, successors, and assigns will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or service interruptions arising out of or related to your use of the Site or services.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Delphi Trading and its affiliates, owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, successors, and assigns from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Site or services, your trading decisions, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

Dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Dallas, Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Class action waiver

You may resolve disputes with us only on an individual basis. You may not bring a claim as a plaintiff or class member in a class, consolidated, representative, or private attorney general action unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page and update the effective date. Your continued use of the Site or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
