Refund Policy
Effective date: September 1, 2026
10 Trade Challenge: Delphi Algo Alerts customers may request a refund within 30 days of purchase after taking at least 10 eligible Delphi Algo alert trades during the first 30 days and submitting the required records for review.
This Refund Policy applies to purchases from Delphi Trading, LLC through thedelphisignal.com and related Delphi Trading checkout or support flows unless a specific checkout page, invoice, agreement, or offer page states different terms.

Company refers to Delphi Trading, LLC, 109 Yorkshire Drive #692, Princeton, TX 75407. The website is The Delphi Signal, available at thedelphisignal.com.
30-day refund window
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date unless different written terms apply to that purchase. Requests submitted after the 30-day window may be denied.
10 Trade Challenge eligibility
The 10 Trade Challenge is intended for Delphi Algo Alerts unless a specific offer page says otherwise. To request a challenge-based refund, you must contact Delphi support within 30 days of purchase and provide enough information for Delphi to review the eligible alert trades you took during the challenge period.
- Use the same email address used at checkout.
- Identify the product or tier purchased.
- Provide records for at least 10 eligible closed Delphi Algo alert trades taken during the first 30 days.
- Follow the published alert details closely enough for support to review eligibility.
How to request a refund or cancellation

- Include purchase email, product/tier, order or receipt ID if available, and a short description of the request.
Processing
Delphi Trading handles customer support, cancellations, and refund requests. We make reasonable efforts to acknowledge refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Once initiated, the credit may take 5-7 business days, or longer depending on the payment processor and bank, to appear.
Membership access
Refunded memberships may lose access to paid channels, recordings, archives, alerts, dashboards, or other member-only materials. Cancellations stop future billing according to the terms shown at checkout, but do not automatically qualify prior payments for a refund unless the applicable offer terms provide one.
No profit promise
The 10 Trade Challenge is a refund policy, not a profit guarantee. Trading involves risk. Delphi Trading does not guarantee profits, income, specific trade outcomes, or future market results.
